"Condition was pretty much as described"
I ordered a watch from Rschrono, the condition was pretty much spot on with what they said. There were a few tiny marks, but they had already pointed those out so it wasn’t a surprise. The photos helped a lot too. Shipping was a little slower than I was hoping for, but overall I’m happy with the watch. I’d give it 4 stars

I really don’t think this is worth what they’re charging. It feels way overpriced for what you get, and whoever runs this needs to rethink the pricing

"In Stock Apparently Doesn’t Mean Much"
I ordered a watch because the website clearly said it was in stock, only to get told a few days later that it actually wasn’t available. That’s frustrating, because I could’ve just bought it somewhere else instead of waiting around. Their inventory doesn’t seem to be updated properly, and it feels like they hide behind some policy loophole where “in stock” doesn’t really guarantee anything. I did get the refund eventually, but it still wasted my time and they didn’t offer any real solution.

"Mobile checkout was the main headache"
I was mostly focused on trying to buy one item, so I wasn’t really digging through the whole site, but the mobile experience still felt rough. The pages took a while to load, the layout was a bit confusing, and when I got to checkout it kept freezing on my phone. I ended up spending more time fighting the site than actually shopping

"Order came through, but not the smoothest"
i mean, my order from Rschrono did show up, so overall I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. The item was the right one, packed decently, and nothing was damaged when it arrived.
The only thing that bugged me was the delivery updates. They felt slow, and I wasn’t totally sure when the package was actually going to get here. It took a little longer than I expected, so not awful, but the tracking and timing could definitely be better.

"Communication was kinda confusing"
Getting clear answers from rschrono.com was a bit of a hassle. The replies felt vague, and I had to ask the same stuff more than once, which got annoying real quick. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but yeah, their communication could definitely be more straight-up and easier to follow.

"Return was mostly easy, with a small wait"
I had to return one item it went better than I thought it would. The policy was clear and they didn’t give me a hard time, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the refund took a few days, but I guess that’s fairly normal. So overall, I’d say it was a fair experience, even if I wasn’t totally thrilled about the waiting part.

I remember feeling a little nervous before entering my payment info, like I always do when shopping somewhere new, but the checkout felt secure and everything went through without any issues. It was a relief to finish the order and not have to worry about it...

I did get my watch fixed, so that’s good... but it took longer than they originally told me. The service was okay overall, nothing terrible, just not as smooth as I was hoping for.

I placed an order on rschrono.com and ended up cancelling it the same day, then asked for a refund. They did reply quickly at first, so I thought it would be simple
After that though, it was mostly just waiting around and having to ask again. They kept saying it was being processed, but never gave me a clear date or any real update, which got frustrating
I had to follow up more than once, and that’s annoying when it’s your money. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was poor and I wouldn’t order again unless their refund process gets a lot clearer

The trade-in process was alright, not amazing but not terrible either. The offer ended up changing, which was a little annoying, though I guess that happens. On the plus side, the payment came through quickly, so that part was smooth.

The staff were really polite and seemed to know their stuff, which is always a relief. I asked a few questions — actually, some of them were probably more detailed than they needed to be, and they got everything answered without making it feel like a hassle. There was one reply that took a little longer than expected, but not a big deal in the bigger picture. Overall, it was a good experience and felt professional.
